During tax season (January 1 - April 15), the Library provides the most frequently used federal tax forms and instruction booklets to the public until supplies run out. Patrons may also print tax forms from the following websites:
City of Salem residents may also contact the Commissioner of the Revenue's Office at 375-3019 to obtain copies of Virginia tax forms or make an appointment for assistance with returns. Please click here to read the guidelines for help.
The library provides access to tax forms and publications in print or through use of the public internet stations but the staff cannot offer advice, opinions, or assistance in choosing or filling out forms.
