EDA and City Offer Facade Grants to Businesses

The Economic Development Authority of the City of Salem has reinstated its Façade Grant Program. The objective of the program is to support the goals of the City’s Downtown Plan by providing matching funds to small businesses and property owners in Salem to enhance the look of the City.  The Façade Improvement Program provides grants of up to $5,000 in matching funds of financial assistance for building façades and other types of property improvements utilizing the established design guidelines..
