The City of Salem Easter Egg Hunt will take place on Thursday, April 13, at Longwood Park from 6 p.m. - 8 p.m.
Children will need to bring a container to collect the eggs, and the Easter Bunny once again will be making a visit to give out candy and say hello to the kids. In addition, the Mill Mountain Zoo will have some of its animals at the event for all to see and experience. There also will be several children’s activities, including arts and crafts, as well as free samples of popcorn, ice cream and milk for the participants.
2017 EASTER EGG HUNT FOR CHILDREN AGES 3-10
Event Begins at 6 p.m.
Egg Hunt for Children ages 3-4 and 7-8 will begin at 6:30 p.m.
Egg Hunt for Children ages 5-6 and 9-10 will begin at 7 p.m.
