Parks & Rec Offering New Wellness Classes

Look good. Feel good. All ages, all abilities, ALL YEAR!

MONDAYS
LOWER BODY BLAST: 5:30 - 6:30 pm – Marina Trejo

TUESDAYS
CHAIR YOGA**: 4:15 - 5:00 pm – Ninette Crunkleton
LIFE BALANCE YOGA: 5:30 - 6:30 pm – Ninette Crunkleton
FIT TO THE CORE: 7:00 - 8:00 pm – Lori Fadorick

WEDNESDAYS
CORE AND MORE: 5:30 - 6:30 pm – Marina Trejo
MIXXED FIT: 6:45 - 7:45 pm – Anna Sganga
 
All classes (except Chair Yoga) are offered in 2-month sessions (Jan/Feb, March/April, May/June, July/Aug, Sept/Oct, Nov/Dec)

$30 if taking one (1) class per week
$50 if taking two (2) classes per week
$70 if taking three (3) or more classes per week
$5 drop in rate per class
**Chair Yoga is a 6-week class for $20 (this class is excellent for people who cannot transition to the floor)

City of Salem employees & school employees are ½ price.  Children (6-17) are ½ price.

** Registration form & payment is required for all new students.  Checks or cash only.  Checks made payable to City of Salem.
All classes are held in the large room in the back of the Salem Senior Center, 110 Union Street (375-3054 for questions)
