One of Salem’s most popular summertime music events, Jazz in July, returns to the Longwood Park Amphitheater on Saturday, July 20, at 3 p.m. This is the 22nd year for the concerts, and the musical lineup for 2019 includes an array of talented musicians and five unique groups.

7:00 p.m. Lenny Marcus & The Big Easy Band
8:30 p.m. Jstop Latin Soul – Salsa In The Park
Admission to the event is free and jazz fans are encouraged to bring lounge chairs and blankets and pack a picnic. The Chick-fil-A food truck will be onsite selling food and family-friendly beverages. Salem Catering will be selling beer and wine, but patrons are not allowed to bring alcohol into the venue. In addition, a bounce house will be set-up for children and other games will be accessible.
Along with parking that is available at Longwood Park, attendees can also park at the Salem Museum and Oakey Field lots. A golf cart shuttle service also will be available for those with mobility issues. Please note that pets are not permitted at this event.
