The City of Salem has decided to start planning trips to various places around the country.  From the beach to baseball games,  you will be able to sign up for various trips that the Parks & Recreation is planning for the residents of Salem.  Please come back as we continue to plan new trips and activities that you will surely want to sign up for.  Spots are limited. 

To sign up for a trip, call our office at 540-375-3054 to make sure there are available seats and then fill out the Trip Reservation Form and bring or mail to the Salem Senior Center, 110 Union Street, Salem, VA  24153. 

 

New 2017 Featured Trip:

Monday, April 10 - Washington DC Guided Tour & Charter

Location:  Washington DC

Time:  Bus leaves from Salem Civic Center at 7AM

Cost:  $60

Details:  This Charter Bus trip includes a guided tour of Washington DC and stops at selected National Monuments, Museums and sights.  Lunch upon arrival and dinner in route back to Salem are not included in the price.  Full itinerary will be available in January.  Trip is for ages 18 and older.
