Make the most out of your workout time!!! Fitness Fusion uses a variety of exercise modalities to constantly challenge your body and give you a fun, different workout each week. You’ll mix body weight exercises with interval and strength training, in a variety of formats and class styles. Classes are designed in a way to maximize the benefit by offering several different elements in the same workout, including cardio, strength, core, and conditioning. Fitness Fusion can help you reach your fitness goals, no matter what they might be. This class is for all fitness levels and anyone who wants to burn some calories, tone your body, build some muscle, and have some fun! Class length is one hour including a brief warm-up and cool-down.
