New Year, New Growth

As 2018 is just beginning to kick off, Salem already has seen the blossoms of activity around town. The development in Downtown is well underway and continues to grow. This year we have several businesses planning to open. Here are just a few of the wonderful additions coming to Salem.

The former Body Shop Building will become home to 14 apartments as well as two restaurants! Preleasing will begin in March. If you have any interest contact Brent Cochran at 540-597-6914.

Across the street, Kelly Café has started the process to move in. The café offers coffee, tea, gelato, French macarons and various other desserts.

Muchacho Alegre, a Mexican restaurant with a location in Lexington, is moving into 115 E. Main Street.

A new place to satisfy pizza cravings has opened. It’s BiBo’s Pizzeria at 311 7th Street.

There are various other openings to look forward to this year, so keep a look out. We are excited to see the new beginnings this year is offering for the City of Salem.
