DESCRIPTION: This course focuses on developing leadership, supervision skills and a greater understanding of how your agency works. This course is designed for mid-level supervisors. (Meets 3 days in February then over the next month students will work on an Agency Based Plan approved by an agency administrator and reconvene in April for 3 days of class, presentations, and a graduation ceremony. Day 1 of each session will begin at 9:30am).
