Where will I vote?
The registrar will send you a voter registration card with the name of the precinct and the location of the polling place. If you no longer have your voter card, your Congressional, Senatorial, and House districts are listed here. Find your precinct by your address, click here. You may also go to the state website to find your polling place information. You must always vote in your precinct. You may be required to show identification at the polls.

When are the polls open?
The polls open at 6:00 a.m. and close at 7:00 p.m. If you are in line when the polls close, you may still vote.
What is a party Primary?
The Democratic and Republican party may nominate their candidates by either a primary election or by convention or mass meeting. If the party asks for a primary election for the November election, it will be held on the second Tuesday in June. A primary called for the May general election will be held in the first Tuesday in March.
Can anyone vote in a Primary election?
If you are a registered voter, you may vote in any Primary election. However, if a primary is held for both parties in the same election district, you must choose in which primary you wish to vote and you may only vote in one primary.
