   Receive presentation from Tim Steller, Executive Director, Blue Ridge Behavioral Healthcare, regarding the Fiscal Year 2011 Performance Report.
2. Salem YMCA
   Consider setting bond for erosion and sediment control for the Salem YMCA, located at 1126 Kime Lane. (Audit-Finance).
3. Zoning Ordinance Amendment
   Consider ordinance on second reading to amend, revise, and reordain Chapter 106, Article II, District Regulations, by enacting Section 106-232 of the CODE OF THE CITY OF SALEM, VIRGINIA, pertaining to Industrial Park Overlay District. (Passed on first reading, January 9, 2012, Council meeting).
4. Boards and Commissions
   Consider appointments to fill vacancies on various boards and commissions.
5. S1. Roanoke County Transient Occupancy Tax
   Consider adoption of Resolution 1195 supporting the County of Roanoke’s request to seek authority to increase the Transient Occupancy Tax.
6. S2. Qualichem Phases IV and V
   Consider setting bond for erosion and sediment control and stormwater management for Qualichem, Phases IV and V. (Audit-Finance Committee).
