Our Mission Statement: To promote citizen independence, self reliance and protection through community based services.

Our Primary Objectives: Provide financial assistance, emotional support, social services and referral to eligible citizens according to time lines set forth by the Code of Virginia and State Department of Social Services Policies and Procedures.
