| Teams: |
It is estimated that 80 to 100 teams from throughout the World will be attending to compete for the World Cup in their division. |

$435.00 on or before April 15, 2008 - $495.00 after April 15, 2008

No charge for parking – Adequate parking available at the parks. |
| Manager's Meeting: |
A dinner Coaches Meeting will be held on Thursday night, June 19th,
at 7:00PM at the Salem Civic Center. (Dinner will be provided for TWO coaches only)

| Team Check-in: |
Thursday June 19th – 1:00PM until 5:00PM (James I. Moyer Sports Complex)
Friday June 20th – During preliminary play at each Complex.
Teams must check-in together and you will need a Photo ID’s (Drivers License) are needed for the team check-in. |
| Team Seeding: |
The tournament staff will place the teams in brackets and prepare the preliminary schedule which will be posted on the website approximately three days prior to the tournament. The preliminary game record will be used to seed your team into the double elimination finals. The exact format will depends on the number of teams in each division. |
| Opening Ceremonies: |
Friday June 20th, 2008 at 8:00AM on Field #1 at the James I. Moyer Sports Complex. We ask that all teams be at the complex by 7:30AM if you are going to be apart of the Opening Ceremonies.

| First Game: |
Friday June 20th, the games will begin at 9:00AM at all venue’s.
Saturday June 21st and Sunday June 22nd, the games will begin at 8:00AM
at all venue’s. Most divisions will end on Sunday afternoon and the Awards
Ceremony will immediately follow the final game. (Some smaller divisions could conclude on Saturday) |
| Divisions of Play: |
Teams will be placed in skill level divisions based on their National Rating and verified by the tournament staff. Divisions are planned for AA, AAA, Major and Major Plus in each age classification for men. Division could be combined for preliminary play but ALL teams will be given the opportunity to play for their rated division championship against similar rated teams. Competition will be included for senior women’s teams beginning at 40 and over. |
| Souvenirs: |
T-Shirts and other apparel will be for sale at each venue. Other merchandise and equipment will also be available at the tournament. |
